The primary concern of bluegr Hotels & Resorts management is to ensure the personnel’s health and safety. For this purpose, bluegr is committed to carry on all those actions required to prevent and improve health and safety conditions for all employees, including visitors and third parties entering the company’s operation venues as defined by the applicable provisions and requirements of Greek and European legislation.

The ultimate goal for us is the job performance to be within the best standards in quality and time, without accident or incident that could harm the human health. The personnel health and safety is a concern of all those involved in company’s activities and depends mostly on ourselves.

The bluegr Hotels & Resorts group meets all the above, through the organization, functioning of respecting procedures and practices that respond to the protection of the employees & visitors health and safety and based on:

  • the ability and expertise of its staff,
  • well internal structure and functioning,
  • ongoing training and evaluation of staff,
  • necessary investments in order to eliminate or minimize occupational hazards,
  • regular update of developments in health and safety issues.

The management and all staff have a responsibility to respond, to assimilate and apply the procedures set out in work through their daily activities and protect the continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
